Track platform adoption with conversation, message, and user activity statistics.
The Usage Analytics page provides an overview of how your team uses Kaelio. All data updates based on the selected date range.
Date range
Select a time period from the dropdown in the top-right corner:
- Last 7 days
- Last 14 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 90 days
- Last year
Summary cards
Three summary cards appear at the top of the page.
| Card | Description |
|---|---|
| Conversations | Total number of chat conversations started |
| Messages | Total number of messages sent across all conversations |
| Active Users | Number of unique users who sent at least one message |
Activity over time
A combined chart shows daily activity trends:
- Bar chart — Messages per day
- Line chart — Conversations per day
Hover over any data point to see exact values for that day.
Top users
A ranked list of the most active users by message count. Each entry shows the user's name, message count, and a horizontal bar indicating relative activity compared to other users.
Usage breakdown
Three panels provide additional insight into platform usage patterns.
Messages by source
A donut chart showing where messages originate (for example, Web or Slack). The center displays the total count.
AI capabilities
A bar list showing how frequently different AI capabilities are used (for example, query execution or data analysis). Each capability shows its usage count.
Feedback
A donut chart of user feedback (thumbs up vs. thumbs down). This panel only appears if feedback has been submitted during the selected period.
